IC approval
Once we're excited about working together, we'll seek our investment committee's thoughts. This committee includes experienced game developers, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Due Diligence
Before we invest, we have to do some due diligence. This includes checking your business and financials, and diving deeper into the market your operate in.
Contracting
Together, we'll draft a contract that outlines the terms of our investment. It's important that we end up with a deal that works for both parties.
